Travel Insurance
Choosing the best travel insurance is, I confess, not a pleasant task. You have to read all the details, realise what the exclusions are and what kind of cover you need.
There are many companies in the sector, but from my experience as a traveller in 60 countries, I recommend two: IATI and Heymondo.
Although these two insurances are the cheapest on the market, they can be even cheaper.
If you take out insurance via the Uncertain Places links on the IATI or Heymondo has a 5% reduction in the price of travel insurance.
